So many people walk around conditioned to everything that happens around them. Of course, you must follow through with added value that truly enriches their life...

Maybe if the value we add to these customers proves good enough, they will even pay for our marketing....

		<description>I was researching a little more about DIFFERENTIATION for an upcoming HUDDLE (later in the summer - see the sidebar for details) - I saw yet another John Jantsch quote (all the way back to a blog post in 2006!!) In the context, he is referring to small retailers in a panic over how to compete with the giant of all giants, Wal-Mart!  He says:

"To beat a giant, you’ve to take advantage of their weaknesses - don’t be afraid to point them out. I saw a sign in a local hardware store that said 'Our prices are higher than Wal-Mart because we take care of our employees.' Pretty bold, but perhaps an effective way to make a point." *

This is a friendly war of biblical proportions!  The Davids will always slay the Goliaths when we are innovative and use creativity, you can win!
